Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion or Allied Health field required.
• Current WellCoach certification or ICC program, or willingness to obtain within 18 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification within first 30 days of employment.
• Experience/background in adult education and wellness concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver health risk appraisals.
• Analyze data from health risk appraisals and biometric testing.
• Conduct one-on-one wellness coaching consultations.
• Create, organize and conduct health education programs.
• Collaborate with other health experts and employer groups.
• Utilize behavioral interviewing tactics.
• Execute incentive program management for companies.
• Follow Mercy's safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Evaluate program metrics for employer groups.
