About The Job

We’re hiring a Director of Business Development to drive staffing sales within the blue-collar and industrial sectors across Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you’ll lead the full sales cycle - from prospecting and building relationships with light industrial, construction, and warehouse clients, to closing deals and supporting long-term partnerships. With flexibility to target multiple industries aligned with our services, this is a high-impact, high-reward opportunity to make your mark in a growing market.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as an independent staffing sales contributor, taking on a hunter role to consistently achieve and report progress towards financial targets, including both sales and pipeline development
  • Prospect business opportunity leads that require recruitment and staffing services through a variety of media and cold calling techniques
  • Plan and execute strategies targeting potential customers and markets to expand business reach and take emerging opportunities
  • Establish connections with hiring managers across diverse industries seeking contract and permanent employees
  • Develop and sustain strong customer relationships across multiple groups and organizational levels
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement

What we need from you

  • Must be based in the Las Vegas area for local client coverage and market presence
  • 3+ years of proven success in a hunter-style sales role within the staffing industry
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close new business with consistency
  • A self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • An entrepreneurial spirit – you take initiative, think creatively, and enjoy building from the ground up
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client engagement abilities
