Duties/Responsibilities:

• Take inbound calls from direct mail leads
• Call clients that contacted us and asked to speak to a representative
• No cold calling
• Engage with potential clients to tailor a solution to suit their financial needs
• Learn to become an effective closer
• Great follow-up skills and pipeline management
• Experience with CRM software and how they function

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Job Type:

• Full-time

Pay:

• $20 per hour + monthly commission and bonus
• Health insurance
• Paid time off

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday OR Tuesday to Saturday
• Varied shifts (7-4, 8-5, 9-6)
