IK Systems is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Executive to join our team at our Victor, NY headquarters. Your Role

As a Regional Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and selling integrated security and low-voltage solutions to commercial and enterprise clients. Based in Victor, NY, your primary focus will be on growing our presence in the local and regional market, targeting businesses throughout Western and Central New York.

While most of your work will be conducted locally and from our headquarters, you'll also have the flexibility to pursue opportunities beyond the region-especially where you have existing relationships or industry connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and manage new customer relationships across commercial, institutional, and enterprise markets.
  • Sell integrated security solutions, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and life safety technologies.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to develop client-specific proposals and system designs.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate contracts that align with customer needs and IK Systems' high standards.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned sales professional with 5+ years of success in selling commercial security integration or related low-voltage solutions.
  • Skilled in business development, strategic selling, and closing high-value deals.
  • Technically capable-able to understand and explain complex system designs and integrations.
  • An effective communicator and trusted advisor to clients.
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally as needed to support the sales process.
