Join to apply for the Regional Sales Executive - Midwest Region role at CND Life Sciences.

This is a remote role covering North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, and the Kansas City Metro Area (including Western Missouri). The candidate may reside within 30-45 minutes of a major airport within the territory.

The Regional Sales Executive (RSE) is responsible for promoting the Syn-One Test and other diagnostic products to healthcare providers, supporting clinicians in diagnosing neurological disorders. The role involves delivering clinical and technical information, achieving sales goals, and collaborating with various teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Market Development and Sales: Develop and execute a territory business plan, demonstrate product expertise, conduct clinical training, communicate product value, and stay updated through various communication channels.
  2. Account Management: Support clinician customers post-implementation, ensure a seamless transition for new accounts, and manage customer relationships using Salesforce CRM.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish relationships with key opinion leaders, conduct educational programs, and leverage company resources to support sales.
  4. Compliance and Ethics: Maintain professionalism, adhere to compliance policies, and ensure ethical interactions.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, including 3 years in medical sales to clinicians or clinical teams.
  • Preferred experience in clinical neurology sales and existing relationships within the territory.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and digital sales tools.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
Additional Requirements:
  • Frequent travel within the territory, including overnight stays, up to 50% of the time.
