Enterprise Account Executive - Cyber Security
Location: Midwest (Preferably Chicago area)

Position Overview:
Simeio is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team, covering the Midwest region. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven background in cybersecurity—preferably in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or managed/professional services—who thrives on winning new business and closing complex enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business development by identifying, targeting, and acquiring net-new enterprise clients within the Midwest territory
Build and execute strategic account plans to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close
Collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, delivery, and executive leadership teams to ensure successful client engagement and onboarding
Stay informed on industry trends, cybersecurity threats, IAM solutions, and competitive landscape to effectively position Simeio’s offerings
Represent Simeio at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on IAM, managed security services, or professional services
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and bringing in net-new logos
Strong understanding of the enterprise buying process, particularly in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing
Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage a large, multi-state territory and drive complex sales cycles
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) a plus
