As Commercial Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving incremental growth, account management, product sales, and market feedback for assigned accounts in the Pool Solutions commercial business sector to drive increased profitability and sales growth, while also exploring possible growth opportunities. You will also work with internal technical support, marketing, and product management teams as needed to address customer needs/opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate incremental sales growth with new and existing accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Account management for existing book of business including sales and technical support.
  • Provide market intelligence feedback to shape existing and future sales strategies.
  • Interact with supportive functions to effectively management the assigned territory.
  • Utilize the full suite of Solenis selling tools including SFDC, Tableau & Infor to maximize efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • BS Degree in business or job-related discipline
  • Minimum (3) years sales experience
  • Pools or Water treatment experience would be highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analysis and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products & Salesforce CRM
  • Directly or indirectly reports and/or works closely with a senior salesperson
  • Travel in and around territory with approximately 50% overnight travel
  • Need the ability to lift up to 50lbs

This role is remote with high travel, you will need to live local to an airport and ideally be located in IL, MN or WI. The travel will cover the entire upper Mid-Western part of the United States.
