Zusammenfassung

Symetra invites a Regional Sales Executive to cover the Michigan market, building broker relationships and advising on Workforce Benefits solutions. Travel is required and incumbents should reside in the Portland, OR area as per posting.

You will develop and execute sales plans, conduct in-person needs analyses, and drive enrollments across Life, Disability, and Voluntary offerings. A strong sales background and territory management are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling Life and Disability Voluntary Benefits is required.
• Strong relationships with brokers, agents and consultants in territory.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state licenses within 90 days.

• Develop and nurture broker relationships in your market to grow Symetra's presence.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and present solutions.
• Maintain and strengthen broker relationships for renewals and new business.
• Collaborate with peers and internal teams to support sales cycles.
