Qualifications

• Proven successful sales experience in employee benefits or complex B2B environments.
• Ability to generate and secure sales with mid-to-large employers and manage complex sales cycles.
• Broad knowledge of group benefits, Life, AD&D, and Voluntary Benefits; disability/absence knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute territory sales strategy across Life, AD&D, and Voluntary Benefits.
• Develop and expand channel partner relationships in the territory.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and employer engagement.
• Manage the sales process from identification to close, including RFPs and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive solutions and navigate complex opportunities.
