Symetra Financial Corporation is hiring a Regional Sales Executive to cover the Michigan market. You will develop and nurture broker relationships, understand client needs, and present competitive Workforce Benefits solutions.

Travel is required, and the ideal candidate will reside in the Portland, OR area or nearby. A high school diploma is required and 3+ years of life and disability voluntary benefits sales experience is preferred. A college degree or equivalent experience is also acceptable.

Competenze

• 3+ years' experience selling Life and Disability Voluntary Benefits insurance products.
• All new hires must have a resident license within 90 days of employment and obtain non-resident licenses in specified states within 90 days.
• Must have solid relationships with key brokers, agents and consultants in your territory.

• Develop and nurture broker relationships to increase Symetra's presence in Workforce Benefits.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with brokers to understand client needs and provide competitive solutions.
• Manage enrollment processes and advise on enrollment strategies with internal teams.
