IDEX is seeking a Regional Sales & Channel Partner Manager for the Flow Management Devices division, based in Pasadena, Texas. You will oversee an assigned geographic territory, manage direct customer accounts, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver prover products and measurement solutions for the oil and gas industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 5 years of technical sales experience.
• Deep understanding of Meter Proving methods, API compliance, and measurement technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally; remote work with in-office Pasadena days.

Responsabilités

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for FMD provers and related measurement products.
• Oversee geographic territory and manage direct accounts, agents, and international sales.
• Lead product presentations to engineers, project managers, and service companies in oil & gas.
• Develop international growth strategies, identify new markets and opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast sales goals and manage contracts with agents/reps.
