You will collaborate with Regional Account Managers, translate customer requirements into technical solutions, conduct post-sale training, and contribute to cybersecurity strategy while advancing customer success in a dynamic security landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
• Experience in pre-sales engineering.
• Strong DNS/NFS/SMTP/HTTP knowledge.
• Solid understanding of security protocols.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Sales calls - be the main technical resource on sales calls and educate on features and integration.
• Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
• Post-sales - act as the lead technical contact for identified accounts.
• Provide post-sales training to identified customers.
