Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a Sales Director to lead our Mid-Atlantic region, covering Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, and Virginia. The role focuses on identifying new accounts and expanding wallet share with existing clients through strategic relationship building and a strong sales pipeline.

You will work with clients and internal teams to answer needs, present solutions, and close deals that meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 4-year College degree (BA/BS) required
• Auto OR Workers Compensation Claims experience (Preferred)
• IME sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments and building relationships with adjusters and team leads.
• Recommends new products by evaluating current results and identifying needs.
• Increase referral volume and revenue by explaining capabilities and overcoming objections.
• Documenting related sales and account activities in CRM.
• Updates knowledge by attending industry opportunities such as conferences.
• Other duties as assigned depending on business needs.
