Job summary

Dane Street seeks a Sales Director to lead growth across the Mid-Atlantic states. You will drive revenue by cultivating new accounts and expanding wallet share with national and local clients, balancing relationship-building with performance targets.

The role emphasizes strategic prospecting, product recommendations, and robust CRM activity to meet aggressive sales goals within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year College degree (BA/BS).
• Auto OR Workers Compensation Claims experience (Preferred).
• IME sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and develop relationships with adjusters, team leads, and supervisors to initiate sales.
• Recommend new products/services by evaluating current results and identifying needs.
• Increase referral volume and revenue by building rapport with accounts and communicating capabilities.
• Document sales and account activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with industry opportunities through conferences and seminars.
• Perform other duties as needed.
