We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to join our team, responsible for managing, leading, and developing our Southeast Post Sales Team of Cybersecurity Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Account Directors (ADs). Our TAMs/ADs actively drive and manage the post-sales process with both direct and channel customers.

The Regional Sales Director will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and manage relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a passion for cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, manage, and develop the TAM team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout all sales process stages.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue in cybersecurity.
  3. Be organized and analytical, capable of overcoming sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers within enterprise customer organizations.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  7. Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations to grow revenue.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Military Leadership experience preferred.
  2. 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity sales.
  3. Proven success in sales with enterprise-sized accounts, especially in Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
  4. Knowledge of effective sales techniques and strategies.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Comfortable engaging with all levels within customer organizations, from C-level executives to technical staff.
  7. Willing and able to travel within the U.S. Mid-Atlantic and Southeast territories.
  8. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  9. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
