Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and be responsible for the Southeast sales strategy and annual sales plan aligned with organizational goals for GuidePoint's Southeast Regional Partner.
  2. Support the Southeast sales team by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings, and engaging other corporate resources as needed.
  3. Collaborate on sales opportunities, pipelines, forecasts, and improve business efficiencies. Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve high performance.
  4. Partner with internal stakeholders and the executive team to develop strategies that meet organizational objectives.
  5. Ensure that communications and collateral are coordinated and reflect the GuidePoint Security brand.
  6. Implement sales policies and practices effectively.
  7. Build revenue-generating relationships with key partners at local and national levels.

Required Experience:

  1. 10+ years of successful leadership in enterprise security software sales with a consultative approach.
  2. Experience with Risk, Compliance, and Security offerings.
  3. Proven success in building and leading results-driven sales teams.
  4. Strong track record of inspiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  5. High integrity, proactive leadership, and a strong work ethic.
  6. Energetic, passionate about client service, and driven to succeed.
  7. Entrepreneurial mindset and innovative thinking.
  8. Problem-solving skills to address complex operational and regional challenges with attention to detail.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel as needed, including onsite visits.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary work with substantial wrist, hand, and finger movement for at least 8 hours daily.
  • Close visual acuity for extensive reading and computer work.
  • Discuss any additional physical requirements with HR.
