AriensCo is looking for a Regional Sales Director to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships in the South/Mid-Atlantic region.

The role leads sales and channel development, sets goals and territories, analyzes market trends, coaches the sales team, and partners with key customers to close deals while ensuring exceptional service and cross-functional alignment. Residency in NC/VA/TN/SC/GA/AL preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years related experience in sales, preferably B2B/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
• Up to 50% travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Lead sales and channel development across the South/Mid-Atlantic region.
• Coach and develop the sales team for improved performance.
