Job summary

Mutual of America Financial Group is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Retirement Plan Sales in Providence, RI. The role combines on-the-ground client meetings with remote collaboration across MA and CT in a hybrid setup.

You will develop a large territory, pursue new business, cross-sell solutions, and build strong sponsor relationships while meeting aggressive growth targets. A robust compensation plan includes base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales with proven efficiency.
• Knowledge of retirement products (401k/403b).
• Experience making outbound cold calls.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically and work independently.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and SIE licenses.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a large territory with new business.
• Meet Plan Sponsors of retirement plans and leverage referrals.
• Cross-sell solutions and exceed goals by closing deals.
• Attend client reviews with CRM for key accounts in territory.
