Jonas Software is seeking a Regional Sales Director to spearhead growth for SpaSoft USA. You will own regional strategy, identify key markets, and close new business through tailored presentations and collaboration with Application Consultants.

Ideal candidates have consultative software sales experience, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and a proven quota attainment record in hospitality or spa verticals. This role emphasizes high activity, travel, and strategic relationship building.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of consultative software sales experience.
• Quota attainment track record in spa/hospitality space preferred.
• Ability to learn technical details about hardware and third-party software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Regional Territory Plan, identifying key markets and targets.
• Identify business opportunities by research, qualifying and discovery to establish prospects' needs.
• Build relationships to gain trust and position products as a solution meeting needs and goals.
• Present tailored demonstrations with Application Consultants to showcase differentiators.
• Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in Salesforce for weekly review with VP of Sales.
