Job Title: Regional Sales Manager / Sr. Spa Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our regional sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands high-ticket sales, and is passionate about coaching and developing sales teams to exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth & Sales Oversight: Lead, mentor, and support a team of Patient Coordinators and Sales Representatives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Monitor individual and team performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement actionable strategies to increase conversion rates and upsell opportunities.
  • Sales Training & Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive training for new and existing sales staff, aligning them with company standards and high-ticket sales best practices. Perform regular quality audits of sales call recordings to assess effectiveness, uncover gaps, and guide tailored coaching sessions.
  • Strategic Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging sales techniques. Propose and test innovative ideas for new revenue streams, cross-sell opportunities, and service enhancements.
  • Team Communication & Real-Time Support: Maintain an active and accessible presence during all working hours across multiple communication platforms (phone, Slack, WhatsApp, email, SMS). Provide immediate support and guidance to team members to help them meet daily goals and resolve challenges as they arise.
  • Business Integration & Process Optimization: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s operational flow, from lead generation through to client retention. Ensure all team members adhere to established procedures and sales workflows. Continuously evaluate and enhance current processes to improve efficiency, professionalism, and overall team performance.
  • Leadership & Accountability: Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional organization, ownership, and a goal driven mindset. Inspire your team by maintaining high standards of performance, accountability, and dedication.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a high-ticket or consultative sales environment.
