Job summary

PayByPhone is seeking a Regional Sales Director (Remote, CA) to drive new business and expand our presence in North America. You will manage opportunities from lead to contract, collaborate with product and marketing, and travel up to 25% as needed.

You will lead strategic partnerships, build annual business plans, and mentor a fast-paced sales team in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in parking, payments, technology sales or mobile industry.
• Strong relationship building skills and experience owning and managing relationships with strategic partners and prospects.
• Experience building and executing on sales strategy and creating annual business plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales opportunities from lead generation to contract signature, coordinating with client success and implementation for a successful launch.
• Build relationships with North American partners and drive revenue through these partnerships.
• Support existing relationships with key clients and participate in designated RFP opportunities.
