Job summary

PayByPhone seeks a Regional Sales Director to grow our presence in the North American market. You will manage opportunities from lead to contract, build valuable partnerships, and drive revenue while coordinating with client success and product teams for compelling propositions.

The role requires 5+ years in parking/payments/tech sales, strong relationship-building, and the ability to travel up to 25% (domestic/international). Remote work in a fast-paced environment is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in parking, payments, technology sales or mobile industry.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with strategic partners.
• Strong business development experience.
• Track record of hitting sales goals.
• Experience working in a fast-paced remote team.
• Experience with B2G and B2B.
• Experience building and executing sales strategies & annual plans.
• Knowledge of sales tools, techniques & methodologies to meet targets.
• Business writing and written communication.
• Presentation and demonstration experience (virtual & in-person).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales opportunities from lead generation to contract signature, coordinating with client success and implementation for a successful launch.
• Build relationships with North American partners and drive revenue.
• Provide support to existing client relationships.
• Participate in the RFP process with the Bid writer and internal teams as needed.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to present attractive value propositions.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services in line with sales commitments.
• Collaborate with Directors to execute PayByPhone’s sales strategy.
