Hydrafacial LLC seeks a Regional Sales Director to own the P&L of a multi-state US territory and lead the Inside Sales team to achieve capital device and consumable revenue targets.

You will hire, onboard, and coach territory managers, own the regional forecast, and collaborate with Marketing, Training & Education, Corporate Accounts, and Operations to drive growth. This role requires extensive travel (50–75%), and offers a competitive base plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of capital equipment sales and account management experience.
• 3+ years in a sales leadership role managing a field team.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and develop a regional team of Inside Business Development Managers.
• Own the regional forecast and provide accurate weekly projections.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Training & Education, Corporate Accounts, and Operations.
• Travel 50–75% by car and plane to multi-state territory.
