Hydrafacial is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Inside Sales to own the P&L of a multi-state US territory, translate corporate strategy into field execution, and build a high-performing team of Inside Business Development Managers across the region.

You will hire, coach, forecast, drive new accounts and growth, collaborate with Marketing and Operations, travel 50–75% by car and plane, and represent the company at industry events while maintaining customer relationships that secure long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of capital equipment sales and account management experience.
• 3+ years in a sales leadership role managing a field team.
• Experience selling capital equipment to physician offices, medical spas, or high-end resort/spa environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a regional team of Inside Business Development Managers to achieve capital device and consumable revenue targets.
• Hire and onboard qualified territory managers who can drive sales metrics and embody SkinHealth Systems' commercial values, vision, and mission.
• Coach and develop team members through performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and individualized development plans.
• Own the regional forecast, submitting accurate weekly projections within a reasonable high/low range.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that drive new account acquisition, existing account growth, and market expansion.
