Harmony Biosciences is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead the Southeast region. The role drives regional sales growth, collaborates with Marketing, Market Access, and Commercial Operations, and champions product knowledge among field teams.

The candidate will manage STMs, develop strategies, and ensure compliance with Harmony policies while controlling the regional budget and fostering a high-performance culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 8+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales experience required; leadership roles in Sales Management, Certified Field Trainer, Area Business Director preferred; rare/orphan diseases or Sleep medicine preferred.
• Experience with specialty products including patient access/reimbursement hubs and specialty pharmacies is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading sales reps with initiative, accountability, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve or exceed Regional sales targets for Harmony Biosciences portfolio in the US.
• Develop and execute regional strategic and tactical business plans; conduct territory reviews.
• Partner with Commercial Analytics to drive field force effectiveness and KPI achievement.
• Manage the region's operating budget and allocate resources to priority needs.
• Hire and develop high-performing staff; provide coaching and field leadership.
