CoStar Group’s Apartments.com division is seeking a Sales Associate in Fayetteville, NC to drive digital marketing solutions for multifamily clients. The role emphasizes building new business, expanding existing accounts, and delivering value through market insights and strategic recommendations.

Candidates should bring 3+ years of outside B2B sales, a proven track record of exceeding targets, a valid driver’s license, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
• Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.
