Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive launch execution and regional performance across a Midwest territory, including WI, MO, and SD.

You will lead a high-performing team of 8–12 territory managers, translating national strategy into local accounts and physician partnerships. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership in a district/regional role.
• Proven success leading specialty sales teams and exceeding goals.
• Prior launch experience; first-launch/startup biotech preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension or related markets preferred.
• Willingness to travel within region.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution for market entry.
• Translate national strategy into regional business plans.
• Drive team to meet sales goals and market share targets.
• Monitor market dynamics and adjust strategy.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs.
• Ensure compliant operations and budgeting.
