Biodesix is seeking a Regional Sales Director in the Mid-Atlantic region (DE, MD, NC, VA, DC, WV) with strong healthcare sales leadership. You will recruit, train, and coach field teams, build partnerships with pulmonology specialists, and drive adoption of diagnostic solutions across hospitals and clinics in the Baltimore area.

The role requires up to 70% travel, excellent communication and strategic planning, and a proven track record in commercial leadership within healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of documented sales success and sales management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
• Foster partnerships with healthcare professionals and administrators to drive product adoption.
• Forecast regional performance, manage budgets, and execute sales strategies.
• Coach field sales consultants and ensure ongoing training and onboarding.
• Represent Biodesix in regional and national meetings and events.
