Bound Tree Medical, a division of Sarnova, seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead sales activities across the region, shaping strategy, driving year-over-year revenue growth, and safeguarding region profitability. You will support and direct Account Managers, mentor a growing team, and build strong vendor relationships to advance our medical portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or similar field.
• 5+ years field sales with quota achievement.
• 3+ years management experience.
• Experience leading medical or pre-hospital sales teams preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manages execution of strategies and tactics that motivates the Regional Sales team to achieve their annual sales and gross profit dollar quotas.
• Administers established sales processes and metrics for increased productivity, profitable revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with the Area Vice President of Sales to develop region’s quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives by product line.
• Monitors and informs Account Managers and Region of progress against sales objectives. Makes appropriate and timely decisions to ensure performance is tracking to or exceeding plans.
• Participates as an active member of the Sales Leadership team.
• Collaborates with Area Vice President of Sales in administering the sales compensation plan and determining individual Account Manager’s annual sales quotas.
