Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to drive revenue across a multi-state portfolio of extended stay hotels. The role is remote with significant travel (up to 70%), reporting to the SVP of Sales.

You will lead the sales strategy, manage RFPs, and coach property teams to hit occupancy and revenue targets. The position offers a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 per year plus quarterly commission potential and requires proximity to a major airport for travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in multi-property hospitality sales.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.
• Leadership and coaching experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies to grow occupancy and revenue.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Coach and support General Managers and Area Managers.
• Prospect, pitch, and close high-value business with travel.
• Translate leads into bookings and manage client relationships.
• Prepare monthly action plans and reports for the Regional VP.
