Leviton is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the ED field sales team and drive growth across the region. You will strategize, set KPIs, and manage revenue across Residential, Commercial & Industrial, Controls, and Connected Home product lines.

You will coach and develop field sales representatives, collaborate with Inside Sales, and leverage data to optimize product mix and profitability. This role requires strong leadership and extensive CRM usage in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of regional sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record in leadership and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong budgeting, KPI, and data-driven decision capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Set region sales strategy aligned with Leviton goals.
• Develop regional sales plans and KPIs.
• Oversee revenue across product categories in the region.
• Coach and mentor ED field sales reps and agents.
• Manage region budget and territory size.
• Conduct field visits to drive demand (60% time).
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Inside Sales.
• Use data to focus on growth opportunities.
