Job summary

Ambu A/S is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Canada region. The role leads a multi‑specialty sales team across Respiratory, Urology, ENT, Anesthesia, and Patient Monitoring to drive growth in hospitals, EMS, and integrated health systems.

You will collaborate with the NSD, recruit and develop high‑performing teams, and manage executive relationships. You will champion Ambu’s ecosystem selling and ensure execution of regional plans, coaching, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in medical technology and hospital environments.
• 3+ years leading a sales team preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospital purchasing, contracting, and value analysis processes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and standard business analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and passport feasible for travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-specialty sales organization to achieve regional revenue, margin, and market share goals.
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with national priorities.
• Champion an integrated Ecosystem Selling approach across care continuum.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
• Own executive-level relationships with hospital leadership and key accounts.
• Conduct regular field coaching and performance reviews with documented feedback.
• Oversee territory planning, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce.
• Drive quarterly business reviews and ensure budget/resource accountability.
