Baker Hughes in Louisiana is seeking a Sales Senior Advisor – Sales to lead business development in key markets. You will sell products, services, parts, or projects within a geographic area and manage long, complex sales cycles with multi-stakeholder contracts.

The role requires strong technical acumen to analyze client conditions, coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, risk and finance, and to drive growth for high-potential markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Technical Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience; minimum of 5 years of downstream chemicals experience.

Aufgaben

• Sell products, services, parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic area.
• Handle complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used.
• Products and systems are client specific and require technical analysis and system design to fit client conditions.
• Manages complex long term sales processes. Contracts involve pricing and conditions of sales, rent, operation and maintenance.
• Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
