Qualifications

• Proven track record leading regional sales teams.
• Strong ability to forecast and manage pipelines in SFDC.
• Experience growing sales in B2B commercial flooring or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Assign quotas and manage regional pipeline and forecasts in SFDC.
• Oversee regional pricing strategy and SG&A expenditure.
• Develop and mentor AEs to achieve high performance.
