Qualifications

• Five years of experience leading a team at national or regional level.
• Ten years in financial services industry experience.
• Coaching a sales organization and achieving mutual fund/ETF/SMA sales goals.
• Strong energy, focus, and drive to achieve results.
• Proven ability to build relationships across organization and partner firms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
• Public speaking and presentations at meetings/conferences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales staff across a geographic region to maximize production.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop wholesalers.
• Coach and mentor staff, promoting collaboration and results.
• Represent Hartford Funds in advisor meetings, branch presentations, and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to influence direction and budgets.
• Track sales activities and adjust strategies to improve results.
