MISUMI Americas is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a territory squad of six to eight field account executives and support teams. You will own the territory plan, coach reps in consultative, value-based selling, and expand the installed base while partnering with cross-functional teams.

You will report to the VP, Territory Sales, travel ~50% domestically, and contribute to CRM discipline, KPI tracking, and pipeline management within a fast-growing manufacturing solutions business.

Qualifikationen

• 8–12+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in manufacturing or a technology-driven environment.
• 3–5+ years in a sales leadership role; has managed field sales teams across large territories, not just individual contributors
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets in a leadership capacity.
• Direct experience shifting a transactional or catalog-driven motion toward consultative, full-solution, value-based selling, with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of the manufacturing lifecycle, supply chain, and mechanical / precision components.
• Operating rigor: CRM/Salesforce discipline, pipeline analytics, territory design, and structured qualification (MEDDPICC or equivalent).
• Outstanding coaching, communication, executive presence, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead & Develop the Territory Team, building and coaching a 6–8 person squad.
• Own the Territory Sales Plan, forecast accuracy and quota attainment.
• Drive Full-Solution, Value-Based Selling across the team.
• Build executive relationships with strategic accounts and manage installed base expansion.
• Implement scalable processes and playbooks for pipeline and account management; spend ~50% in the field.
