Job summary

Tradebe is seeking an influential Director of Sales to lead the Business Development strategy for the region and to guide a team of 6 Account Managers. Reporting to the EVP of Sales, you will drive customer growth, oversee territory plans, and align field activities with corporate objectives.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in environmental services and at least 5 years in sales management, with excellent communication and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum ten years of experience in environmental services.
• Minimum five years in a sales management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement both tactical and strategic business plans to meet targets.
• Present the company’s value proposition to key decision-makers.
• Coordinate strategic account penetration activities with the sales team.
• Oversee daily activities of the sales team across regions.
• Report KPIs to senior management with insights for improvement.
• Conduct regular territory reviews and manage performance in CRM.
• Mentor Account Managers and support joint sales calls.
• Contribute to bidding and proposal strategy to align with objectives.
