Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a team of Commercial Account Executives and drive the full sales cycle for IT security solutions across the identified region.

You will mentor the sales team, partner with channel partners, and engage with enterprise IT leaders to articulate Delinea’s security platform, closing multi-year, high-value deals. This role reports to the Vice President, Commercial Sales and supports national go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to CIO/IT leadership in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proven success leading regional sales teams to exceed targets.
• Experience with channel partners and complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Commercial Account Executives to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with channel partners to close deals and expand the customer base.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the region.
• Mentor and coach sales reps to improve performance.
• Forecast, plan budgets, and analyze variances to drive results.
• Represent Delinea in executive-level presentations.
