Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required from an accredited college/university.
• 8+ years of successful outside sales experience in a B2B environment selling commercial real estate, auction services, or data/analytics.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and to develop relationships with decision makers.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills; willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and execute on an existing set of clients across institutions, owners, and brokers.
• Perform discovery to uncover client needs and present Ten-X solutions.
• Understand clients deeply and build lasting relationships with key decision makers.
• Become an expert in the Ten-X end-to-end transaction platform and marketing solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, marketing, and closing.
