Job summary

Cutera-Inc is seeking a Regional Sales Director (Central) in the U.S. to drive revenue growth and develop a high-performing team.

You will lead capital sales with strategic plans, recruit and mentor talent, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance and accountability across the region. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of laser sales leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM systems including Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related.
• 5+ years leadership experience in laser sales with revenue targets.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder; willing to travel; proficient in CRM and MS Office.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills; lead by example.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar system preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of aesthetic market in defined geographic region.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Documented history of achievement in leadership role.
