Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced level degree or related certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct outside sales experience in a healthcare-related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership or team management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead short-term and long-range regional sales and business planning initiatives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing Diagnostic Imaging Sales Specialists.
  • Coach, develop, and manage sales team performance through field visits, goal setting, and accountability.
  • Leverage CRM systems and BI tools to inform targeting, resource allocation, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct regular field visits to support sales execution, customer engagement, and coaching.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources including physicians, attorneys, and healthcare partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to execute Lumexa sales and growth strategies.
  • Lead annual budget planning and forecasting activities for the region.

Radiology Ltd., a Tucson Arizona based medical imaging company with over 500 employees is seeking a new Director of Regional Sales Director to join our Leadership Team. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading and executing regional sales strategy to drive referral volume growth and market expansion for Lumexa Imaging Centers. This role provides leadership, coaching, and development for a team of Diagnostic Imaging Specialists while maintaining direct engagement with key referral partners and stakeholders. The Regional Sales Director collaborates closely with the region’s VP, Sales, as well as Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership, to translate corporate objectives into actionable regional business plans.
