Job summary

Radiology Ltd. in Tucson, AZ seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead regional sales strategy, drive referral growth and market expansion for Lumexa Imaging Centers.

You will lead a team of Diagnostic Imaging Specialists and engage key referral partners while collaborating with VP, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Executive Leadership. The role requires strong healthcare sales leadership, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced level degree or related certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct outside sales experience in a healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership or team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead short-term and long-range regional sales and business planning initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing Diagnostic Imaging Sales Specialists.
• Coach, develop, and manage sales team performance through field visits, goal setting, and accountability.
• Leverage CRM systems and BI tools to inform targeting, resource allocation, and performance optimization.
• Conduct regular field visits to support sales execution, customer engagement, and coaching.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources including physicians, attorneys, and healthcare partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to execute Lumexa sales and growth strategies.
• Lead annual budget planning and forecasting activities for the region.
