Job summary

Remote Positions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional sales performance by coaching Treatment Coordinators (TCs) and Practice Managers to meet performance targets. This role blends hands-on training with shared accountability for conversion, starts, and revenue, while targeting gaps and applying disciplined execution at the practice level.

Travel approximately 20%+ as needed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years in a sales/managerial role in orthodontics or similar field

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a managerial or treatment coordinator role in an Orthodontic Practice or a similar sales role

Responsibilities

• Own regional TC-driven KPIs and practice performance targets.
• Monitor performance trends and identify risks using data.
• Drive corrective action plans at the practice and TC level.
• Identify underperforming TCs and ensure improved performance.
• Reduce performance variability across practices.
• Develop onboarding plans for TCs with practice managers.
• Deliver training tied to performance gaps and coach on key processes.
• Review patient exams, calls, and workflows to improve outcomes.
• Build TC and PM capability to sustain performance independently.
• Partner with Regional and Practice Management to ensure execution discipline.
• Identify funnel breakages and fix them at the source.
• Visit practices to observe, coach, and reinforce standards.
• Align training and coaching priorities to business objectives.
• Provide clear insights to senior leadership.
