Job summary

Shared Imaging LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Associate to support retention and growth across the Northwest and West territory (CA, AZ, WA, OR). You will drive renewals, conduct outbound outreach, and manage opportunities end-to-end with cross-functional teams.

You'll work with Regional Sales Managers to identify needs, qualify opportunities, and coordinate proposals while maintaining rigorous CRM records and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management; healthcare roles preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing customer information; Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to conduct outbound outreach, qualify prospects, maintain disciplined follow-up, research accounts, and manage multiple opportunities.
• Knowledge of the healthcare market and diagnostic imaging industry preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Support retention and growth through proactive renewal activity and outbound outreach.
• Identify customer needs, generate discovery meetings, and advance renewals with Regional Sales Managers.
• Enter new leads and maintain accurate CRM data including customers, prospects, activities, and opportunities.
• Coordinate renewal proposals, internal approvals, and agreements with sales and operations.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate pricing approvals within company guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align priorities and share market feedback.
• Manage assigned sales opportunities from inquiry to handoff.
