Shared Imaging LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Associate to support renewal activity and growth across the Northeast and Midwest, with preference for Illinois residency. You will partner with Regional Sales Managers to manage opportunities from inquiry to closure, coordinate renewals, and drive outbound outreach across healthcare imaging services.

This role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), willingness to travel within the territory, and a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare, or related field.
• At least 2 years in sales or account management; healthcare customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to conduct outbound outreach, qualify prospects, maintain disciplined follow-up, research accounts, and manage multiple opportunities.
• Knowledge of healthcare market and diagnostic imaging industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactive renewals and tracking upcoming contract expirations.
• Outbound outreach and business development across priority prospects and regions.
• Manage assigned imaging sales opportunities from inquiry to execution.
• Coordinate with Operations and Asset Management for equipment availability and deployment timing.
• Provide regular updates to sales leadership on renewal activity and opportunities.
