Job summary

Shared Imaging LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Associate to cover our Northwest and West territory (CA, AZ, WA, OR). The role focuses on renewals, outbound outreach, and managing sales opportunities with Regional Sales Managers to drive growth and retention.

Responsibilities include coordinating renewals, identifying upgrade opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM records while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Travel within territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• At least 2 years in sales or account management.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to conduct outbound outreach and qualify prospects.
• Knowledge of the healthcare market or diagnostic imaging preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Support renewals and drive retention through proactive outreach.
• Identify customer needs and advance opportunities with regional managers.
• Conduct targeted outbound campaigns and schedule discovery meetings.
• Enter leads and maintain CRM data with accuracy.
• Coordinate proposals, approvals, and agreements with teams.
• Provide updates on activity and market feedback to leadership.
