Job summary

Porsche Cars North America is seeking a Sales Operations support role in Miami to assist the Regional Sales Managers with day-to-day tasks and regional business development. The role involves data gathering, KPI dashboard generation, and reporting for key sales metrics across Latin America importers and dealers.

The position requires recent graduates or current seniors in Business with Economics/Industrial Engineering, fluent in Spanish and English; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or Juniors/Seniors pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business with focus on Economics/Industrial Engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Sales Managers with regular tasks (Pre-Owned Sales, Porsche Approved Sales, inventory tool management, and ticket support).
• Generate monthly reports for key Sales KPIs (Demo cars, Test Drives, Sales Funnel, Customer Excitement Score).
• Assist with data extraction from systems (BIC, PVMS, PDSR) and develop ad-hoc reports to improve internal controls.
• Assist in tracking sales incentives and ensure timely processing of documentation by PAG.
• Maintain PPN space for Sales Team and support 15 importers and 22 countries in the region.
