Job summary

Porsche Cars North America is seeking a on-site analyst to support Market Representation and Corporate Architecture project teams in Atlanta, GA. You will help develop Future Retail formats, drive customer experience, and report dealer milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and about 2 years in a corporate office setting, with strong Excel and PowerPoint, plus excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Pilot a new system for dealer master data storage and reporting.
• Coordinate ARDMs to upload contractor photos and keep the deck updated.
• Track all dealer milestones and report status.
• Manage the master dealer photo deck and keep links updated.
• Support Area Retail Development Managers and related roles as needed.
• Assist with enrollment packages for Network Sustainability projects.

Job description

Position Overview

Provide general analysis and project management assistance for Market Representation and Corporate Architecture project teams and related topics. Support the development and execution of Future Retail formats, i.e. Porsche Service Centers, Porsche Service Factories, Porsche Studio and Now sales environments, with the goal of maximizing the customer experience, volume improvements and dealer investment return. Track and report on dealer milestones.

Schedule & Shift

This is an on-site role based in Atlanta, GA, with a minimum requirement of three days per week in the office.

Compensation

The hourly range for this role is $18/hr-$20/hr.

March, 2027 - September, 2027

Roles & Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities:

• Process all GM changes beginning to end. Area team provides Intern with name and email address of new GM; they launch package and work with GM on application – including running background check. ARDM eliminated from review/approval queue entirely.
• Create and maintain excel tracker that monitors Ideal Image install dates and contract signings, installs of signage. Shares with ARDMs monthly.
• Assist with piloting a new system for dealer master data storage and reporting.
• Ability for ARDMs to forward construction photos (in any state/environment) where contractor can then upload onto the network drive in a presentable fashion.
• Develop and maintain a tracking of all dealer milestones and report status.
• Manage master dealer photo deck (ANDMs send links to photos – contractor selects best images and updates deck, keeps deck consistent).
• Support Area Retail Development Managers, Future Retail Project Manager, Market Representation Program Manager, Network Development Analyst as needed.
• Support Network Sustainability Project (ie. ARDM provides enrollment form – contractor follows up with contact listed on form to complete the enrollment package like requesting plans, utility bills, deposit, and anything that Two Trails requires).
• Organize network drive.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Experience

• 2 years of combined internship or permanent work experience in a corporate office setting.
• Combination of employment and coursework that includes emphasis on developing analytically driven strategic recommendations.
• Understanding of the luxury customer mindset.
