Porsche AG is seeking a Parts Operations specialist to independently manage dealer support activities, ensuring timely delivery and high service levels for Porsche dealer partners in the US. You will coordinate with distribution centers, logistics, and Porsche AG stakeholders to resolve parts inquiries, manage orders, and improve operational KPIs.

Candidates should bring 3+ years in automotive parts operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with SAP, BW, and DMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, data analytics, automotive management, or related field.
• 3+ years in automotive parts operations, aftersales, supply chain, or dealer operations.
• Experience with automotive retail parts or service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage dealer support activities and act as primary contact for parts inquiries and issue resolution.
• Deliver high levels of customer service while meeting service-level KPIs.
• Respond to dealer inquiries on parts availability, order status, shipment tracking, and ETA management.
• Prioritize requests and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolutions.
• Communicate clearly with dealers and internal stakeholders throughout resolution.
• Manage dealer support cases from intake to closure with independent judgment.
• Process dealer-to-dealer parts trades and ensure proper transaction management.
• Support inbound parts allocation for campaigns, recalls, and critical initiatives.
