Qualifications

• Recent graduate or junior/senior pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business with focus on Operations/Retail.
• Preferably prior internship/work experience.
• Proficient with SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Self-starter with willingness to learn and take initiative.
• German language is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• General project management tasks.
• Resource allocation.
• Process and maintain data via SAP and prepare Excel presentations.
• Process improvements initiatives.
• Project analysis.
• Design and implementation.
• Assist in ongoing process workflows in Operations/Logistics.
• Provide tactical department support toward organizational objectives.
• Support Corporate Retail stores.
• Prepare meetings and events (presentations, reporting, catering).
• Create and analyze sales reports to monitor the business.
• Compliance monitoring.
• Support marketing plan activities, events, collaborations and promotions.
• Coordinate retail activities with the German parent company (sales incentives).
• Manage core assortment and weekly replenishment orders.
• Work directly with store managers.
• Support Head of Retail with varied tasks.
